Експериментальне дослідження механічних втрат в малолітражному бензиновому двигуні Briggs&Stratton Vanguard

Abstract

Представлені результати експериментального дослідження з визначення загальних механічних втрат у бензиновому двигуні Briggs&Stratton Vanguard. Знято ряд навантажувальних характеристик двигуна при різних частотах обертання колінчастого валу. Механічні втрати визначалися за графіком зміни годинної витрати палива залежно від середнього ефективного тиску. Перевірено можливість використання відомих емпіричних залежностей для визначення механічних втрат в дослідному двигуні.The article devoted to the experimental research of the overall mechanical losses in small-displacement gasoline engine Briggs & Stratton Vanguard. The known calculating end experimental methods for determining the mechanical losses are analyzed. An experimental stand with research engine was designed. The series of load characteristics at various engine crankshaft speeds were obtained. Mechanical losses were determined from the schedule of change the hourly fuel consumption based on the average effective pressure. The influence of the crankshaft speed on mechanical losses was analyzed. It is shown that the function of the mechanical losses from the crankshaft speed is linear. Checked the use of known empirical relationships for determination the mechanical losses in the experimental engine. It is shown that the most reliable results were obtained depending on usage the relationship of prof. Dyachenko V. G.
