Abstract
Determination of legal practice description is offered in the article. Legal practice is the legal system element of society and plays a substantial role in the mechanism of the legal adjusting. Conclusions are made, that in the legal state a court decides practically all the disputes between subjects' rights which have legal maintenance, and jurisdiction of courts spreads on all of legal relationships which arise up in the state.
