Abstract
В работе выполнен анализ существующих информационных технологий прогнозирования временных рядов в информационных системах. Показаны их недостатки. Дано определение «риск прогноза». Разработана информационная технология прогнозирования с оценкой риска нестационарных временных рядов.
The paper contains the analysis of existing information technologies for forecasting time series in information systems. The disadvantages of such information technologies have been reported. The definition of the term "forecast risk" has been given. The information technology to forecast non-stationary time series with risk assessment has been developed.
