Перспективи удосконалення технологічних процесів профілювання гвинтових канавок на трубах

Abstract

Виконано моделювання профілювання гвинтоподібних профілів шляхом роликового обкочування з протитиском та без нього з використанням програмного пакета Deform 3D. Основним деформуючим інструментом являється обкатна головка з роликом. Досліджено вплив протитиску на формування гвинтоподібних труб. Проведено ряд експериментальних досліджень по виготовленню гвинтоподібних профілів з протитиском та без нього. Розроблено технологію по отриманню гвинтоподібної труби без оправки та протитиску.

Effective way to reduce overall dimensions and metal consumption of the heat exchangers is the intensification of the heat transfer process that can be achieved using corrugated tubes, which are currently widely used in heat exchangers. One of the easiest ways to produce heat exchange screw tubes is corrugating process, which can be carried on the universal equipment.The simulation of profiling spiral corrugated profile by roller spinning with backpressure and without using a software package Deform 3D was conducted. The main tool is deforming spinning head with the roller. The effect of pressure on the formation of screw tubes was investigated. A number of experimental studies on manufacturing spiral corrugated profiles with and without backpressure were conducted. The technology for obtaining helical tube without using mandrel and using backpressure was designed. In this paper indicated the future direction of technology for spiral corrugated tube.
