Визначення зміни концентрації вологи в шарі матеріалу спецодягу

Abstract

В статті розглядаються питання визначення поглинання тканиною, яка використовується для пошиття спецодягу, вологи. При цьому науково обґрунтовано алгоритм визначення зміни концентрації вологи в матеріалі що дозволить вирішити ряд практичних задач. Для цього застосовується фізико-математичне моделювання, що дозволяє визначити максимальний час експлуатації матеріалу в вологому приміщенні, або рекомендувати час експлуатації матеріалу, який визначається накопиченням вологи на внутрішній стороні матеріалу, що гранично відповідає комфортним умовам праці.

The article considers the issues of determining the absorption of cloth that is used for tailoring of overalls, moisture. This is scientifically sound algorithm of determination of the concentration changes of moisture in the material that will allow to solve a number of practical problems. This applies to physical and mathematical modeling, which allows to determine the maximum life of the material in a damp location, or recommend operation of the material that is determined by the accumulation of moisture on the inside of the material, which is extremely responsible comfortable working conditions. In addition, the solution of the problem ofdetermining the total amount of moisture accumulated material over time, taking into account the density of moisture and the total area of the material of the clothing. Definitely the dependence of the concentration of moisture through the thickness of the material for different moments of time.
