| dc.description.abstract | A method for the strategic management of business processes is developed. It allows to consider the impact of activities on the deviation of the performance against the constraints of time and cost, to manage business processes in line with the strategic goals of the enterprise. The implementation of the method is realized by algorithms that are based on a specific list of activities for each business process, fuzzy assessments of the impact of these measures on the performance indicators. | |
