Модель інтегрованого управління цінністю проектів в сфері альтернативної енергетики

Abstract

В статті розглянуто особливості управління проектами в сфері альтернативної енергетики з визначенням цінності таких проектів та проведене об’єднання класичної моделі цілей управління проектами з моделлю цінності проекту «П’ять «Е» та два «А»».In the article the peculiarities of project management in the field of alternative energy are considered with the definition of the value of such projects and carried out the unification of the classical model of the goals of project management with the model values of the project "Five "E" and two "A".
