Дослідження умов культивування Вacillus subtilis як продуцента протеолітичних ферментів

Abstract

У статті наведено результати дослідження, присвяченого вивченню умов культивування штаму Bacillus subtilis В-7018 як продуцента протеолітичних ферментів у лабораторних умовах. Обґрунтовано актуальність використання протеаз бактеріального походження у різних галузях промисловості та ветеринарній медицині, зокрема для розробки препаратів, що сприяють очищенню ран і стимуляції процесів регенерації тканин. Показано доцільність використання Bacillus subtilis як безпечного та ефективного мікроорганізму-продуцента ферментів.The article presents the results of a study dedicated to investigating the cultivation conditions of the Bacillus subtilis B-7018 strain as a producer of proteolytic enzymes under laboratory conditions. The relevance of using bacterial-origin proteases in various industrial sectors and veterinary medicine is substantiated, particularly for the development of preparations that promote wound cleansing and stimulation of tissue regeneration processes. The fea-sibility of using Bacillus subtilis as a safe and effective microorganism-producer of enzymes is demonstrated.
