Abstract
The paper deals with development of a methodology of the life-time prediction of the bolted connection of the water turbine impeller. The developed method is applied to the bolted connection of turbine PL40-V700.
Also in the paper the natural vibrations of the rotor has been analyzed, as well as the load and the resulting
stress-strain state in transient modes in water turbine has been obtained
