Abstract
The article deals with issues related to the development of a mathematical model of public transport interchanges functioning from a sustainable development perspective. The results of research are presented graphically effects of input parameters and external factors on processes taking place at transport interchanges, and efficiency criteria of their functioning, and also formalization of listed influences.
