Abstract

The problem of long-term cyclic strength of the holding bridge of coke oven chamber is considered in this work. Due to the large temperature gradient in height bearing shell in the area of welding support there are significant local tensions. To reduce the temperature gradient in the holding bridge between the bearing shell and the bottom of the camera at some distance from the weld welding supports an additional ring is established which transmits the temperature from the bottom to the supporting sidewall. The problem of the parameters of the installation of additional rings is solving. The estimate of prolonged cyclical strength of coke oven chamber is performing.
