Ціновий механізм оцінки економічної ефективності комерціалізації інноваційних технологій

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему оцінки економічної ефективності комерціалізації інноваційних технологій крізь призму формування та використання цінового механізму. Обґрунтовано актуальність дослідження в умовах глобальної конкуренції та високої динаміки інноваційних процесів. Запропоновано багаторівневий механізм, що включає витратний, результативний та ціновий блоки, інтегровані в єдину систему комплексної оцінки. Особливу увагу приділено використанню сучасних фінансових методів (NPV, IRR, PI), які дозволяють враховувати часову вартість грошей та підвищують точність визначення ефективності інноваційних проектів. Виокремлено сім ключових особливостей механізму, серед яких комплексність, динамічність, стратегічна спрямованість, орієнтація на ринкову життєздатність та універсальність застосування. Наукова новизна полягає у систематизації підходів до оцінки економічної ефективності та розробці інтегрального показника, що забезпечує об’єктивність аналізу.

The article examines the problem of assessing the economic efficiency of the commercialization of innovative technologies through the prism of the formation and use of a pricing mechanism. The relevance of the study is substantiated in the context of global competition and the high dynamics of innovation processes. A multi-level mechanism is proposed, which includes cost, performance, and pricing blocks integrated into a single system of comprehensive evaluation. Particular attention is paid to the use of modern financial methods (NPV, IRR, PI), which make it possible to take into account the time value of money and increase the accuracy of determining the efficiency of innovative projects. Seven key features of the mechanism are identified, including comprehensiveness, dynamism, strategic orientation, focus on market viability, and universality of application. The scientific novelty lies in the systematization of approaches to assessing economic efficiency and the development of an integral indicator that ensures the objectivity of analysis.
