Математическое моделирование процесса резки на ножницах с учетом упругой деформации станины

Abstract

Рассмотрено влияние учета упругой деформации станины ножниц при моделировании процесса резки на ножницах. Установлено, что стадия вмятия ножей в металл сопровождается упругой деформацией станины ножниц, что оказывает влияние на характер нарастания силы резания. В целом учет упругой деформации станины ножниц в ходе математического моделирования позволяет приблизить результаты теоретических решений к экспериментальным и расширить представление о ходе процесса резки.The influence at simulating of the cutting process on the scissors with account of elastic deformation of the scissors stand is considered. It is established, that the stage of knives pressing in the metal is accompanied by the elastic deformation of the scissors stand, which has effect on the nature of increasing cutting forces. In general account of elastic deformation of the scissors stand at the mathematical simulation allows bringing the results of theoretical solutions to the experimental and expanding the understanding of the cutting process.
