Abstract
В статье рассматривается роль политики энергоэффективности в рыночной экономике. Согласно поставленной цели решаются такие задачи: изучение важности ценообразования на энергию; классификация политических стратегий и мер, нацеленных на повышение энергоэффективности; определение возможности создания биржи по торговле квотами на выбросы, единиц сокращения выбросов в Украине
In article the role of a policy energysaving in market economy is considered. According to an object in view such problems are solved: studying of importance pricing on energy; classification of political strategy and the measures aimed at increase energysaving; definition of possibility of creation of a stock exchange on trade in quotas on emissions of units of reduction of emissions in Ukraine
