Анотація
На основании полученных аналитических зависимостей определены оптимальные геометрические соотношения по критериям минимумов массы и стоимости активной части, и выполнен сравнительный анализ массостоимостных показателей однофазных стержневых электромагнитных систем с круговыми и восьмигранными образующими контурами.
Power transformers and reactors are most metal-capacitive components in the electrical system. The weight of the reactor is proportional to the cost and complexity of manufacturing. For solving this problem the possibilities of structural optimization of the magnetic configuration of the transformer were analyzed. In particular, the comparison of traditional magnetic with circular; and non-traditional octagonal rod and forming the contours of the yoke was proposed. The proposed octagonal rod forming circuit has prerequisites for improving the use contour area, which is characterized by the fill factor. That in its turn leads to the reduction of the use of electrical steel and the transformer winding material. Thus raising the technical level of power transformers and reactors may reduce their weight and dimensions. This is achieved by the structural transformation and structural optimization of their electromagnetic systems. For that cause the full objective function of weight and cost which includes the performance of initial data load and electromagnetic induction and static devices. The objective function of the relative index of weight and cost of the electromagnetic system, which includes two main relative controlled variables were used. These variables are the ratio of the outer and inner diameters of the calculating circumferences magnetic core and the ratio of height and width of the winding window.
