Abstract
Предложена методика обработки данных зондирования ионосферы методом некогерентного рассеяния с целью выделения возмущений сечения рассеяния ионосферной плазмы после стартов мощных ракет-носителей. Приведены примеры обработки реальных данных зондирования ионосферы над Харьковом во время запусков ракет с космодрома Байконур
The method of processing of data of sounding of ionosphere the method of non-coherent scatter is offered with the purpose of selection of perturbation of section of dispersion of ionosphere plasma after the starts of powerful rockets.
