Abstract
Проведен анализ рабочего процесса в рабочих колесах высоконапорных обратимых гидромашин на напоры 300, 500 и 700 метров в
насосном режиме работы. Построены 3D модели рабочих колес на соответствующие напоры. В ходе исследования были определены
давления и скорости в проточной части рабочих колес и представлены в работе графическом виде. Получены графические зависимости
напора и КПД от расхода. Расчеты проведены для пяти значений подач.
There have been designed and constructed 3D models of high-pressurereversible hydraulic machines. For the calculation have been constructed design grids. The minimum number of cells amounted to 5,2 million. Using a OpenFOAM software package. Have been done the numerical calculation of the spatial flow of a viscous fluid in impellers of hydraulic machinesfor pump mode. In the course of researches have been determinated distribution of velocity and pressure in the flowing part. Represented dependence of efficiency and rated head from flow rate. Also have been determinated the flow angels β2 and ά2 and velocities w1 and w2 that characterize the motion of the fluid in the flowing part of impeller. Have been analyzed the results of the calculations.
