Система прогнозування розвитку захворювань серця на основі даних імунологічних досліджень

Abstract

Стаття присвячена розробці діагностичного методу своєчасного прогнозування розвитку серцево-судинних захворювань на основі даних імунологічних досліджень. Досліджено зв’язокімунного статусу людини з серцево-судинними захворюваннями та виявлено закономірності патогенезу імунологічних маркерів у залежності від захворювань серця, а саме при ішемічній хворобі серця та кардіоміопатії. Розроблено алгоритм оцінки стану серцево-судинної системи людини на основі інформативності показників імунного статусу організму.The paper is devoted to the development of the diagnostic method for early prediction of cardiovascular diseases based on the immunological data. The relation of the human immune status with cardiovascular disease and the regularities of the pathogenesis of immunological markers, depending on the diseases of the heart, namely, coronary heart disease and cardiomyopathy. The algorithm for cardiovascular system estimation based on the human organism immune status has developed. Also, we have developed the special software which is allows to predict different cardiovascular system diseases using immunological data. Main scientific results: method for analysis of the cardiovascular system state using data from immunological analysiswas modified, this helps to increase the accuracy of diagnostic findings; method for determination of the diagnostic informativity of immunological markers in case of cardiovascular system disorders, like ischemic heart disease and cardiomyopathy, was introduced.
