Виклики та перспективи сучасного логістичного ринку України в умовах війни

Abstract

Виокремлено ключові дестабілізаційні чинники логістичного середовища, зокрема порушення горизонтальної й вертикальної комунікації, кадровий дефіцит і релокацію підприємств. Запропоновано напрями модернізації логістичних комунікацій: цифрові платформи, інтероперабельність систем, міжнародна координація. Обґрунтовано механізм регулювання логістичного ринку на основі гнучкості, відкритості та інтегрованого управління.

The study identifies key destabilizing factors impacting the logistics sector in wartime, including physical damage, increased transportation costs, staff shortages, and the fragmentation of communication links. The findings emphasize the role of digital platforms, real-time tracking systems, and inter-organizational coordination tools in restoring and optimizing logistics operations. Special attention is given to the development of communication infrastructure as a core enabler of resilient supply chains. Furthermore, the article outlines a regulatory model for market stabilization that integrates flexibility, transparency, and international harmonization.
