Теоретичні дослідження корпоративного механізму фінансування діяльності підприємств

Abstract

Проаналізовано перспективність формування фінансових ресурсів підприємств через корпоративний механізм їх залучення в умовах дефіциту фінансових ресурсів у транзитивній економіці. Проведено теоретичне дослідження світового досвіду корпоративного механізму фінансування діяльності підприємств.Perspectivity of formation of financial resources of the enterprises through the corporate mechanism of their attraction in the conditions of deficiency of financial resources in transitive economy is analysed. Theoretical research of world experience of the corporate mechanism of financing of activity of the enterprises is conducted.
