Анотація
Рассмотрен пламенно-ионизационный метод измерение концентрации газообразных углеводородов. В зависимости от условий и целей применения, возникает необходимость выбора оптимальной структурной схемы построения пламенно-ионизационного газоанализатора. Представлены новые структурные схемы построения пламенно-ионизационных газоанализаторов под конкретные условия применения и требования к быстродействию, надёжности, автоматизации процессов контроля и диагностики прибора.
Considered flame ionization method to measure the concentration of gaseous hydrocarbons. Depending on the conditions and purposes of the application, it is necessary to select the optimum structural scheme of constructing a flame ionization analyzer. Presented new structural scheme of building a flame ionization analyzers for specific application conditions and requirements for speed, reliability and process automation control and diagnostics tool. Such schemes as in the structural - circuit construction most developed flame - ionization analyzers are based on the classical single-channel block diagram. The diagram of a fast flame ionization analyzer for measuring the concentration of hydrocarbons in the exhaust gases of vehicles. Shows the block diagram of a flame ionization analyzer with fast ignition. To improve the security and reliability of ignition of the mixture of hydrocarbons, hydrogen, and air is performed artificially enriched gas mixture at the moment of ignition. The proposed scheme has improved performance with 3 seconds to 1.2 seconds and increased the reliability of the process of ignition at the first attempt with the usual 70-80% to 90-95%. The basis of the scheme tasked with improving the combustion process and the reliability of the device, improving the number of indicators measured hydrocarbon concentration.
