Abstract

Рresents the results of theoretical research opportunities nanostructures (NS) on the carbide VC4 by treatment with femtosecond and picosecond lasers. Decision of the joint problem of heat conduction and thermoelasticity in ionizing radiation zone (IR) obtained according to the maximum temperature, the temperature of the growth rate, temperature stress on the heat flux density (q = 10¹² - 10¹⁶, W/m²), and at times his actions (τ = 10¹² - 10¹⁶ s). The dependences of the volume of the nanostructure of the maximum and minimum depth for carbide VC4 with different spot sizes (5 ·10⁷, 10⁻⁶ m). This allowed, based on the criteria adopted by the grain formation, to get a picture of the spatial dependence of the grain volume of the heat flux density and the time of its action. Obtain technological parameters for nanograin solid alloy under the influence of IR.
