Методика оцінки похибки вимірювання швидкості поширення пружної хвилі при поетапному контролі зразків з порошкових матеріалів

Abstract

В статті розроблена методика та оцінені похибки при вимірюванні швидкості поширення пружної хвилі імпульсним методом на різних етапах формування порошкового матеріалу. Особливості вимірювань пов'язані зі зміною форми зразків на кожному етапі їх формування при відсутності плоскопаралельних поверхонь. Наведено результати вимірювання та оцінка похибки у реальних зразках. Показано, що зміна інформативних значень швидкості поширення пружної хвилі суттєво перевищує похибку їх вимірювань.

The paper gives the procedure of error estimate for measuring elastic wave velocity by the pulse method at different stages of powder material formation using current technologies. Peculiarities of measurements are associated with the changing form of specimens at every stage of their formation in the absence of plane-parallel surfaces traditional for ultrasonic measurements. The paper gives error budget, formulas to calculate correlation coefficients for the components of net inaccuracy and correlation factors, and the results of measurements and error estimate for real specimens. The error budget is considered on the basis of Ishikawa diagram plotted for the pulse acoustic method. The error for the measured elastic wave velocity is given in the separate tables for two different technological impacts on different specimens from powder iron. The specimens are of a cylindrical form with the symmetric cones that have truncated apexes and depressed from above and from below. Also, the values of elastic wave velocity with error are given as diagrams. It has been shown that the change in the informative values of elastic wave velocity exceeds appreciably the error of their measurement.
