Інноваційна інфраструктура крізь призму "Потрійної спіралі"

Abstract

В статті визначено поняття та основні елементи інноваційної інфраструктури, її призначення та вплив на інноваційний розвиток. Досліджено концепцію «потрійної спіралі», функції її складових та принципи їх взаємодії. Розглянуто російський досвід створення START- парків як технології практичного застосування концепції «потрійної спіралі». У вітчизняних умовах запропоновано створити віртуальну мережу START- парків з метою розвитку інноваційної інфраструктури та активізації інноваційної діяльності.In the article the conception and basic elements of innovative infrastructure, its purpose and influence on innovative development are defined. The Triple Helix Model, functions and principles of cooperation of its components are investigated. Russian experience of START-park creation is considered as technology of practical application of Triple Helix Model. In home terms it is suggested to create the virtual network of START-parks with the aim of development of innovative infrastructure and activation of innovative activity.
