Abstract
В статье рассматривается состояние основных эффективных систем управления предприятиями и современная концепция менеджмента качества. Определяются проблемы внедрения системы менеджмента качества «TQM» на украинских предприятиях, а также предложена последовательность действий для успешного использования данной методологии.
The article deals with the conditions of main efficient enterprise management systems and modern conception of quality management. The problems of introduction of quality management system «TQM» on the Ukrainian enterprises are determined, and also for the successful use of this methodology the sequence of activities is offered.
