В статье рассматривается задача оценивания оптимальности проектирования информационного
сервиса. Обсуждаются вопросы поиска эффективных решений проектирования и
перепроектирования информационных систем. Правильность полученного решения подтверждается
на примере
We consider the problem of estimation of optimal design of the information service, which is based on the formation of evaluating differences in the design of the service. We compare the actual functional strucrute of information service and the expected result. The result is a set of data, which contains information about the missing functions of actual information service. The correctness of the solution is confirmed by example
