Abstract

This study examines the characteristics of organizational skills and personal qualities of the head of the company, thanks to the motivation that motivates employees to work in good faith and initiative. Implementation of organizational goals is achieved through the head as a natural leader, the ability to attract people unknowingly causing a feeling of admiration, adoration and love. The activities of the modern manager is multi-faceted.
