Abstract
The analysis of theoretical approaches to improve organizational – economic mechanism of formation of the intellectual capital of high-tech enterprises. The article examines the strategies of the content of intellectual capital management company and justify the procedure for forming an integrated strategy for management of intellectual capital on the basis of hierarchical policy maps. Proposes the creation of a venture fund, which accumulates resources to fund high-risk projects related to the production and sale of innovative products
