Abstract
У статті досліджується формування бюджетних програм на основі програмно-цільового методу за допомогою аналітичної процедури структурування альтернативних проектів, яка дозволяє однозначно визначити пріоритети проектів при зміні їх кількості.
Forming of budget program on the base programmatically objective method by the instrumentality analytical procedure of alternative project structuring is researched in this article. This procedure allows to define sure priorities of projects by changing their quantities.
