Аналіз підрозділів ВНЗ для успішного виконання завдань з інформаційної діяльності

Abstract

У статті розглянуто актуальні проблеми дослідження використання новітніх інформаційних технологій для ефективного віртуального представництва вищого навчального закладу, що дає змогу сформувати позитивний інформаційний образ навчально-наукової установи у глобальній світовій спільноті. Здійснено аналіз інформаційної діяльності вищого навчального закладу та його підрозділів. Застосовано методи виявлення підрозділів вищого навчального закладу з низькою продуктивністю формування потенціалу. Розроблено методи підвищення продуктивності формування інформаційного ресурсу та інформаційного образу вищого навчального закладу. Визначено зони співвідношення між повнотою та інтенсивністю інформаційної діяльності для віртуальних спільнот Національного університету "Львівська політехніка".The article reviews current research issues concerning the latest information technologies for effective virtual representation of a Higher Educational Institution, which serve to create its positive informational image in the global world community. The information activities of the university departments and offices are analyzed. The methods identifying university units with low production capacity are applied. The productivity methods aimed at formation of information resources and the image of a Higher Educational Institution were elaborated. It is stated that the departments of the university should consider preparing information resource and potential as well as their publication for forming its informational image; training and support actions, communication in generators, interaction with administrative and information departments should be provided to form an information image. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the university departments to successfully perform the tasks of information activities. The methods of using excessive information resource of the departments are also elaborated. The procedures which make the release of the Higher Educational Institution out of the informational image generator and preservation of social-informative interface possible are devised. It is established that the main causes of low productivity of the unit in the generator is degradation of the community and reduction of current resources in the Higher Educational Institution. Low productivity of the information activities leads to compromising messages provoked by the absence of activity yet the presence of representative of a Higher Educational Institution, the appearance of the messages that carry misinformation and do not have objections from the Higher Educational Institution, deliberate aggression in the form of underscored inactivity and the lack of response to critical messages from a Higher Educational Institution. Elimination of these risks requires fulfilling the following stages: preparatory, official announcement, changing the signature, termination of personalized log, monitoring communities. Ratio zones between the fullness and intensity of information activities for virtual communities of Lviv Polytechnic National University are defined.
