Кибертерроризм в Украине: проблемы и пути их решения

Abstract

An important factor in the nature and motivation of terrorism is that the terrorist act involves an emotional impact on public opinion, creates fear in society, panic leads to loss of confidence in the government and undermines political stability. In this regard, were reviewed and analyzed the features of terrorist activities, different interpretations of the concept of "cyberterrorism", reflects the importance and relevance of warfare in the cyberspace and its danger, both at the state and international levels. Practical value is the study of the specifics of the situation with cybercrime in Ukraine and proposed priority actions to solve this problem.
