Механізми розвитку аграрного бізнесу: потенціал конкурентоспроможності та інтеграція

Abstract

У статті визначено, що розвиток аграрного бізнесу в сучасних умовах має ґрунтуватися на керованому формуванні конкурентних переваг як ключовій передумові забезпечення економічної стійкості та високої адаптивності до викликів середовища. Обґрунтовано, що успішність аграрних підприємств визначається не лише вибором стратегічного вектора, а й функціонуванням дієвих механізмів його реалізації. Особливу увагу приділено критичному оцінюванню заходів розвитку агробізнесу, що впроваджуються в умовах невизначеності та можливостей інтеграції. Встановлено, що інтеграція аграрних підприємств виступає каталізатором їхньої конкурентоспроможності через концентрацію ресурсів, координацію ланцюгів створення доданої вартості та суттєве зниження трансакційних витрат. Доведено доцільність розгляду механізмів розвитку бізнесу як відкритої соціально-економічної системи, що перебуває у постійній взаємодії з глобальними ринками та інституційним середовищем. Акцентовано, що ефективність таких механізмів прямо корелює з рівнем управлінської керованості, інноваційної спроможності та якістю корпоративного управління. Узагальнено умови формування стратегічної узгодженості цілей, ресурсів і результатів діяльності інтегрованих структур. Обґрунтовано роль синергійного ефекту як базового чинника довгострокового зростання конкурентного потенціалу. Отримані результати створюють наукове підґрунтя для розроблення практичних інструментів управління в умовах економічної трансформації. Визначено переваги та обмеження інструментів управління з урахуванням галузевої специфіки. Особливої актуальності результати набувають у контексті повоєнного відновлення економіки України, де інтеграційні зв’язки та системне управління стають гарантами виживання та стійкого розвитку аграрного сектору.

The article determines that the development of agribusiness in modern conditions must be based on the managed formation of competitive advantages as a key prerequisite for ensuring economic stability and high adaptability to environmental challenges. It is substantiated that the success of agricultural enterprises is determined not only by the choice of a strategic vector but also by the functioning of effective mechanisms for its implementation. Special attention is paid to the critical evaluation of agribusiness development measures implemented under conditions of uncertainty and integration opportunities. The integration of agricultural enterprises enhances their competitiveness by concentrating resources, coordinating value chains, and reducing transaction costs. It is established that the integration of agricultural enterprises acts as a catalyst for their competitiveness through the concentration of resources, coordination of value chains, and a significant reduction in transaction costs. The expediency of considering business development mechanisms as an open socio-economic system in constant interaction with global markets and the institutional environment is proven. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of such mechanisms directly correlates with the level of managerial controllability, innovative capacity, and the quality of corporate governance. The conditions for forming strategic alignment between the goals, resources, and performance results of integrated structures are summarized. The role of synergistic effects as a fundamental factor in the long-term growth of competitive potential is substantiated. The results obtained provide a scientific basis for developing practical management tools for economic transformation. The advantages and limitations of management tools are identified, taking into account industry-specific characteristics. The findings are particularly relevant in the context of Ukraine’s post-war economic recovery, where integration links and systemic management serve as guarantors of the agricultural sector's survival and sustainable development.
