Abstract
The problem under investigation is the structure of Сu-Mo runbacks that were got by cathode-ray evaporation of components from different sources and subsequent crystallization of mixtures of their steams on nonorienting substrates in а vacuum ~1·10⁻³Ра (PVD-technology). It is shown that dispergating of the grain structure of copper matrix is caused by formation of molybdenum segregations on the surface of the growing copper grains. The amount of molybdenum that fully blocks the height of grains of copper matrix is determined.
