Взаимосвязь параметров теплового процесса при глубинном шлифовании с качеством обработки

Abstract

The parameters of the thermal process of deep grinding, including the temperature of cutting, the depth of heat penetration into the surface layer of the workpiece, the temperature gradient, are determined analytically, and the main conditions for their reduction with the aim of improving the quality and productivity of processing are established. It is shown that with deep grinding the cutting temperature is higher than with multi-pass grinding.
