Abstract

Considering the trends of world economic space development, the problem of increase of domestic industrial enterprises competitiveness due to innovative factors is actualised. The assumption is made that it can be achieved by better organisation of innovative labour. The goal of this article is to analyze the factors that influence on effectiveness of innovative labour with in temporary socio-labour groups considering the specificity of machine building enterprises activity. The confirmation of necessity of solving this task became the results of economic and statistic analyses of innovative activity of industrial enterpris 2017 years Those numbers show constant decrease of the part of innovative products in general sales volume. The conclusion is made that the reason of negative perception of innovations in the market is insufficient performance of innovative labour. The reason of that is lack of key experts, able to bring new knowledge into production process. This conclusion is based on structural analysis of employees in scientific domains, which showed considerable decrease of employees with scientific degrees. It is proven that the brain drain can be decreased by creating conditions for increase of effectiveness of innovative labour. This will strengthen the connection ‘performance-compensation’ with in temporary groups. The expediency of creation of motivating environment with in enterprises in a form of organisational diversity, which includes many principles of functioning of temporary project groups is proven.
