Тенденційні зміни в паливно-енергетичному балансі України: причини і наслідки

Abstract

У статті проведено аналіз паливно-енергетичного балансу України. Визначено структурні та тенденційні зміни вітчизняного енергетичного ринку. Співставлення обсягу спожитої енергії в розрізі її виробництва та імпорту з реальним ВВП показало, що економіка України характеризується зниженням енергоємності. Позитивним є зменшення частки імпорту енергоносіїв у структурі ПЕБУ та зростання частки відновлювальних джерел енергії. Формування енергоринку України відбувається під впливом трьох основних векторів: політики розвитку міжнародного та світового енергетичного ринку, політики енергетичної безпеки України, політики екологічної безпеки і зниження негативного впливу на навколишнє середовище. Доведено необхідність забезпечення розвитку підприємств нафтогазової галузі, оскільки природний газ відіграє важливу роль в процесі переходу від використання в процесі господарювання викопних енергоресурсів до альтернативних джерел енергії. В сучасних умовах важливим є безпечне функціонування підприємств нафтогазового комплексу, яке проявляється у трьохкомпонентних складових: економічній, екологічній та енергетичній безпеці.

The article analyzes the fuel and energy balance of Ukraine. The structural and trend changes of the domestic energy market are determined. A comparison of the volume of consumed energy in terms of its production and import with real GDP showed that the economy of Ukraine is characterized by a decrease in energy intensity. A positive thing is the decrease in the share of energy imports in the structure of fuel and energy security and the increase in the share of renewable energy sources. The formation of the energy market of Ukraine takes place under the influence of three main vectors: the policy of development of the international and world energy market, the policy of energy security of Ukraine, the policy of environmental security and the reduction of negative impact on the environment. The need to ensure the development of oil and gas enterprises has been proven, since natural gas plays an important role in the process of transition from the use of fossil energy resources to alternative energy sources. In modern conditions, the safe functioning of the enterprises of the oil and gas complex is important, which is manifested in three components: economic, ecological and energy security.
