Теоретичні аспекти формування систем управління знаннями машинобудівних підприємств

Abstract

У статті уточнено визначення понять "знання", "інтелектуальний капітал", "комунікації" та описано взаємозв’язок між ними. Досліджено існуючі концепції управління знаннями, обґрунтовано доцільність їх використання на вітчизняних машинобудівних підприємствах. Сформовано структурну модель створення і використання знань у процесі виробництва продукції машинобудування.In the article determinations of notions "knowledge", "intellectual capital", "communications" are elaborated and intercoupling between them is described. Existing concepts of knowledge governing are explored, practicability of their use on domestic machine-building enterprises is motivated. Structured model of creation and using the knowledge in the process of machine building production is formed.
