Abstract
In the article determinations of notions "knowledge", "intellectual capital", "communications" are elaborated and intercoupling between them is described. Existing concepts of knowledge governing are explored, practicability of their use on domestic machine-building enterprises is motivated. Structured model of creation and using the knowledge in the process of machine building production is formed.
