Інструментальний аналіз демографічних показників у медичній інформаційній системі

Abstract

Забезпечення високого рівня здоровʼя нації є пріоритетним завданням держави. У статті детально аналізується демографічна ситуація населення України на сьогоднішній день. Запропоновано можливі шляхи вирішення проблем сучасного стану системи охорони здоровʼя в Україні, за допомогою оптимізації методів управління галуззю на регіональному рівні з використання інформаційних технологій. Активне впровадження інформаційних технологій в процес надання медичних послуг, інтеграція у світовий інформаційний простір є важливим компонентом реформування вітчизняної галузі охорони здоров’я. Це дозволить за порівняно нетривалий час суттєво покращити ефективність роботи закладів охорони здоровʼя, поліпшити якість лікування та діагностики.

In the paper the up-to-date demographic situation in Ukraine is analyzed in details. The possible ways of solving the problems of the current state of the health care system in Ukraine are proposed, such as optimization of the industry's management methods at the regional level with the use of information technologies. The active use of information technology in the process of providing medical services, integration into the world information space is an important component of the reform of the domestic health care industry. This will allow a significant improvement in the efficiency of health care facilities in the relatively short time, improve the quality of treatment and diagnosis. The aim is to foster further quality of services in this area. Modern medicine rush away from verbal description towards formalized processes, mathematical models and information technologies. These adaptive learning algorithms can handle diverse types of medical data and integrate them into categorized outputs. Diagnostic and prognostic tasks cannot be solved without creation of appropriate informative environment. It enables settling the problems of data and knowledge representation, seeking dependencies, creating decision rules.
