Abstract

Сформовано концептуальні основи формування стратегії управління фінансовою безпекою підприємств машинобудування, які поєднують сучасні принципи, функції і завдання, враховують комплекс інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення для діагностування та прогнозування просторово-динамічного стану/рівня фінансової безпеки в умовах дії загроз внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища підприємства, дає змогу сформувати матрицю фінансових ситуацій вибору стратегічних альтернатив та є ефективним інструментом комплексного дослідження тенденцій фінансового розвитку підприємств машинобудування. Запропоновано науково-практичний підхід до оцінки ефективності реалізації стратегії управління фінансовою безпекою підприємств машинобудування, що базується на застосування методу багатокритеріального вибору стратегічних альтернатив управлінських рішень на основі нечітких множин, теорії корисності щодо забезпечення фінансової безпеки та розробки імітаційної моделі сценаріїв розвитку фінансової безпеки, де результуючим показником є рівень фінансової безпеки, зростання та зниження рівня якого формується під впливом зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів.Formed the conceptual basis for the building strategy of management of financial security engineering enterprises at the operational, strategic and tactical levels, based on the relationship and consistency of identified priority interests of interacting with them an environment that will promote the formation of scientific validity and logic approaches for effective management making in the long run.
