Анотація
Рассматривается модель формирования оптимального состава программы. По своей структуре и содержанию модель учитывает основные параметры и отражает основные требования, которые предъявляются к программам развития. В частности, в качестве целевой функции предлагается использовать "ценность" программы. Одним из "узких" мест практической реализации предлагаемой модели является сложность в установлении композиции функций принадлежностей множества проектов в различных комбинациях и "дефаззификация" полученных значений в рамках оптимизационной модели. Потому в рамках данного исследования продемонстрирован прием, позволяющий избежать указанной процедуры и обеспечивающий сведение исходной модели к модели, детерминированной с одновременным снижением ее размерности.
The model of formation of the optimal development program composition is considered. The model takes into account the basic parameters and reflects the main requirements for development programs. In particular, it is proposed to use the program’s "value" as an optimization criterion. One of the "narrow" places for the practical implementation of the proposed model is the difficulty in establishing the composition of the functions of belonging to the set of projects in various combinations and "defuzzification" the obtained values within the optimization model. Therefore, in this study, a special technique has been demonstrated which makesit possible to avoid this procedure and ensures that the original model is reduced to a deterministic model while simultaneously reducing its dimension. Experimental verification of a model using fuzzy values was successfully carried out and the following results were obtained: the model was confirmed to be correct and the results obtained onits basis were proved to be reliable; the procedure of operating with fuzzy data outside the modeland the use of "defuzzified" values for further optimization was demonstrated; the possibility of reducing the dimension of the original problem on the basis of a preliminary analysis of the initial data for the model was demonstrated; the flexibility of modeling and the possibility of moving from one form of the model to another with the help of aggregation and change of variables, which allows to operate with standard optimization applications in the absence of special software, was demonstrated as well.
