Теоретический подход и венгерская практика программы "ЛИДЕР"

Abstract

Различные программы 80-х годов, направленные на развитие сельской местности, были ориентированы на отделённые секторы экономики, их поддержку. Программа "ЛИДЕР" поместила развитие в новую основу. Стратегия развития сельской местности, созданная командой действия, составленная из местных органов власти, предприятий и организаций, а также людей, которые живут там. Исследование представляет теоретическую основу и венгерскую практику Программы «ЛИДЕР».Those different programmes of the ‘80s which were directed to development of countryside areas had been focused on separated supports sector by sector and they didn’t appear together to complete each other. The Programme LEADER put the development on new base. The development strategy of the area is made by an action team which is composed of the participant local governments, the enterprises of the area and civil organizations with people who live there. The study presents the theoretical background and Hungarian practice of the Programme LEADER.
