Abstract
Мodern technologies of energy-saving and resource-saving when rolling are presented. Technical issues of enterprises re-equipment on the basis of scientific and technological progress are illuminated. The energy saving measures implemented during the construction of new and reconstruction of existing rolling mills are described.
