Abstract
Проведен анализ существующих методов утилизации сточных вод, образующихся на предприятиях масложировой отрасли. Показаны преимущества и недостатки рассматриваемых методов. Приведены данные по очистке жиросодержащих сточных вод методом электрофлотации.
