dc.description.abstractНа базе метода конечных элементов и программного комплекса ABAQUS выполнено моделирование процесса резки листов дисковыми ножами на примере четырех марок стали (сталь 20, 65Г, 75, 15ХСНД) и проведен теоретический анализ влияния силовых и кинематических параметров на скорость резки. Разработан алгоритм расчета скорости резки листов дисковыми ножами. Определена величина установившейся скорости резки при отсутствии сил внешнего сопротивления, а также выполнена оценка влияния коэффициента трения и сил внешнего сопротивления на величину скорости.ru
dc.description.abstractThe theoretical analysis are basing on the finite elements method of the thick plate shearing process using the rotary blades and to develop the calculating method of plate velocity. Design/methodology/approach. The simulation of the thick plate shearing process on the rotary discs basing on the finite elements method has using. The dependences of the kinematic and force parameters of the process are calculated having four steel (steel 20, 65Г, 75, 15ХСНД) as sample. The simulation results are well similar with the results of previous studies experiments. Findings. The magnitude of the steady state shearing velocity is determined for case when external forces of resistance are not presented, and also evaluating of influence of friction coefficient and external forces of resistance on a magnitude of velocity is executed. Originality/value. For described conditions the algorithm of calculation of velocity is shearing plate on discs blades is developed.en
