Abstract

The materials is sanctified to the analysis industrial in particular to industry of industrial automation (ІА), denotation and finding out of range of problems at the enterprises of IА, and to the increase of innovative receptivity (IR) of personnel in control system by a personnel for the improvement of innovative activity (InAc) by development of personnel. Shown dynamics productive economic indicators of the Ukrainian enterprises of IА after 2011-2017, offer recommendations on the increase of IR to the personnel. An analysis over of технико of economic indicators of enterprises of IА is brought. And also the brought general review over of realization of products (commodities, services after the types of econom ic activity) on Ukraine for period 2010-2017. The brought principles over of increase of the personal qualities of personnel for the increase of him IR and increase of effective work of enterprises. Principles over of increase of individual qualities of IR are brought to the personnel on the basis of increase of personality qualities of employees, such as activity, presentation of ultimate goal, period management, principle won / won or not to associate, understanding, synergy, self-possession. By means of system hike the educed conformities to law of influence on IR to the personnel, that is shown in the article. Offered approach for the increase of IR of personnel. An aim hired is an analysis of the state of industry of Ukraine in particular sectors of IА. Denotation of range of problems. But examples of improvement of the state are made on to the enterprise s by the increase of IR to the personnel. Cited data talk that for the increase of profit from the realized products and maintenance of quantity of personnel, and the increase of IR of per sonnel is needed for this purpose. The Ukrainian companies of IА small attention spares increase of IR of personnel, it is necessary to adopt questioning of world companies to promote IR of personnel by means of principles shown in this article. InAc of every enterprise of IА is important for the increase of competitivenes and increase arrived. The innovative oriented skilled personnel failing in the Ukrainian enterprises, what called to provide development and increase of efficiency of activity of enterprises. At development normatively of technical documentation on a management and development experience of front-rank world companies is poorly used a personnel what track is adapted to take into account taking into account Ukrainian realities. To the necessity of developme nt of control system by a personnel with the purpose of leading to of them to the standards of front -rank world companies.
