Анотація
В статье рассмотрена конструкция и приведена подробная методика проектирования электродвигателя шнекового типа с массивным
ротором, предназначенного для нагрева, перемешивания и транспортировки сыпучих материалов, с применением принципов объектно-
ориентированного проектирования. Приведены результаты практических расчетов по рассматриваемой методике в разработанной авторами компьютерной программе.
The article describes the construction and detailed design methodology of a screw-type electric motor with a solid rotor, intended for heating, mixing and transporting of bulk materials, using the principles of object-oriented design. The aim of the work is to analyze design methods of a screwtype motor with a solid rotor with the principles of object-oriented design to improve its technical and economic performance. Due to the concept of inheritance, we can create class structure of screw induction motor generated from several base classes, each of which performs a specific technological functions. The functions of real motor units represented by blocs of respective classes. Thus, as a result ofinheritance, descendant class will combine the basic properties of parent classes. The results of practical calculations by the considered methodology in a computer program developed by the authors are provided. Objectoriented UML class diagram of a screw induction motor is developed. This diagram let to present the process of a complex electromechanical system designing in the form of related functions, combining the calculation of the working environment, electromagnetic systems and power optimization. Software Java complex project of the screw induction motor with a solid rotor using all the advantages of object-oriented design is implemented.
