Abstract
The work is devoted to studying of dynamic processes during firing from small-caliber automatic guns. These guns are equipped by the combat units of modern lightly armored vehicles. Parametric mathematical and computer models of objects under studywith test parameters were developed. Influence of various factors on characteristics of oscillatory processes was investigated. Characteristics of dynamic processes and their effect on the scattering of shells during firing are defined. Models, methods and simulation tools suitable for justification of design solutions during design and modernization of domestic light-armored vehicles were created. Specific features of change in natural frequencies and vibration modes are determined with varying rigidity of armored hull, suspension and combat module. It is revealed that for adequate modeling of dynamic processes and estimation of shooting accuracy it is necessary to investigate a complete model that includes pliable deformable elements: armored hull, suspension and combat module.
