Abstract
Business culture can be understood as slightly different phenomena. First, it can be considered as a general broad concept, and can be considered as a narrow definition of business etiquette. In the first case, business culture includes complex systems of relationships in enterprises and between them. In the narrow sense - is the implementation of norms and rules, which in some respects are no more than conventions. Second, business culture can be seen as the corporate culture of a particular enterprise or a set of cultural norms and values of a particular region, country, or modern world. In fact, all of the above are interrelated. Business culture is a model or style of business operations and communication. These are ways of doing business, both in a single company and in a global environment. The business culture within the company determines how different levels of e mployees communicate with each other, as well as how employees work with customers and partners. Therefore, the composition and factors influencing the business culture, various functions determined by the internal state of the formal mechanism of the enterprise and those determined by the need to adapt the enterprise to its external environment were considered. The components of corporate culture, features of the mechanism of business culture formation and the system of indicators for assessing the components of business culture are also studied. The paper also expl ored the intervals for determining the quality level of business culture, which will improve the validity and quality of management decisions; to improve information and analytical support of business culture management processes; reduce the degree of uncertainty and risk in the implementation of measures for its
formation. Business culture includes the mission of the enterprise - the most important goal of its existence and development, as well as the values shared by people working in the enterprise; traditions, norms and rules of conduct, as well as the moral and aesthetic principles on which they are based.
