Вплив цифрових платформ на організаційну архітектуру підприємства

Abstract

У статті розглянути питання щодо впливу цифрових платформ на організаційну архітектуру підприємства. Ці зміни відбуваються зі впровадженням комплексних програмно-апаратних рішень, які забезпечують взаємодію між різними учасниками бізнес-екосистеми, збирають та аналізують дані, автоматизують процеси і створюють нові умови для генерування цінності. Традиційна організаційна архітектура підприємства формувалася відповідно до логіки обмежених інформаційних потоків, високих трансакційних витрат і необхідності централізованого контролю. Така модель була ефективною в умовах відносно стабільного ринкового середовища та повільної динаміки змін. Впровадження цифрових платформ принципово змінює інституційну основу організаційної побудови підприємства. Інформаційною системою стають цифрові платформи, які набувають ознак організаційного інституту, що поєднує учасників, процеси, ресурси та знання в єдиному цифровому середовищі. Організаційна архітектура дедалі проєктується за принципами модульності та масштабованості, процесної та екосистемної логіки, інтеграції фізичних і цифрових контурів управління, здатності до швидкої реконфігурації.

The article considers the issue of the influence of digital platforms on the organizational architecture of an enterprise. These changes occur with the introduction of complex software and hardware solutions that ensure interaction between various participants in the business ecosystem, collect and analyze data, automate processes and create new conditions for generating value. The traditional organizational architecture of the enterprise was formed in accordance with the logic of limited information flows, high transaction costs and the need for centralized control. Such a model was effective in a relatively stable market environment and slow dynamics of change. The introduction of digital platforms fundamentally changes the institutional basis of the organizational structure of the enterprise. Digital platforms become an information system, acquiring the features of an organizational institute that combines participants, processes, resources and knowledge in a single digital environment. Organizational architecture is increasingly designed according to the principles of modularity and scalability, process and ecosystem logic, integration of physical and digital management circuits, and the ability to quickly reconfigure.
