Мотивационный механизм управления инновационными процессами

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено понятие мотивации и раскрыта её специфика в контексте инновационной деятельности. Изучены материалы предыдущих исследований. Показаны различия между мотивом и стимулом инновационной активности. Выявлена взаимная связь между инновациями и динамикой экономического роста, а также положительные и отрицательные стороны данного процесса. Раскрыты содержание и структура механизма инновационной деятельности, выделены мотивообразующие факторы.Article is devoted to the concept of motivation and reveals its specificity in the context of innovation. Studied the materials of previous studies. Differences between motivation and stimulate innovation. Revealed the relationship between innovation and the dynamics of economic growth, as well as the positive and negative aspects of this process. Disclosure of the contents and structure of the mechanism of innovation highlighted the factors which form the motives of the company's employees.
